This 2nd phase is to build upon the muscle we build during the first phase. We are increasing the volume and intensity to increase lean muscle and fat burning! You should lift as heavy as possible without breaking form. Accompanied by a slight caloric deficit, this program will take any physique to the next level. Heavy compound movements, mixed with isolation exercises, and science backed programming will help you burn fat and build lean muscle like never before!

This 3rd phase is muscle group specific. We are targeting certain muscle groups more or less to build the right proportions to increase the aesthetic appeal. You should lift as heavy as possible without breaking form. Accompanied by a slight caloric deficit, this program will take any physique to the next level. Heavy compound movements, mixed with isolation exercises, and science backed programming will help you burn fat and build lean muscle like never before!
